Ingredients:

cookies — 200 gr.
cottage cheese (or cream cheese) — 150 g
butter — 100 g
sour cream — 500 g
sugar — 120 g
lime (or lemon) — 1 piece
gelatin — 1 packet (10 g)
vanilla sugar — 1 sachet (10 g)
jelly Kiwi green — 1 pack
mint — 1 sprig (can not add)

How to prepare:

1. Begin to prepare the cake base. To do this in a food processor or blender to crumb crush cookies. If home appliances are not at hand, take a rolling pin, wrap the biscuits in a bag and flatten with a rolling pin.

2. Butter it’s wise to hold in heat to make it mild. If you do not have time or forgot to do, podtopit oil in the microwave or in a water bath.

4. Now send the dough for half an hour in the fridge and start on the main part of the cake — jelly cream. Pour the gelatin with water (100 ml) and leave the granules to swell for 10 minutes (or according to the manufacturer’s recommendations printed on the package). Then put on a little fire and warmed gelatin to a maximum of 50 degrees to boiling in no event it is impossible! Don’t forget to stir the liquid until the gelatin has dissolved. Cool.

5. The pre-wipe curd through a sieve to get a not granular, but smooth consistency, add sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar. Take lime, with two edges cut approximately 1/4 part of it and squeeze out the juice (there should be 2 tbsp). Average remaining part of the lime will be useful for decoration.

6. Whisk until all the sugar dissolves. Beat preferably in a deep dish so that the cream was not sprayed. Then a slow stream into the whipped mass pour gelatin, continuing to whisk. 7. Take jelly Kiwi and cook according to package directions, wherein the quantity of water reduces to 100 ml. Allow the jelly to cool down, take out the cake and frozen cheese-sour cream layer poured jelly “Kiwi”. Then put the finished cake in the fridge for another 4-5 hours, so all layers are completely frozen.

8. Before serving, don’t forget to get the cake from the form. It remains to decorate jelly cake with lime, you can make curls of thinly sliced lime circles and put the mint leaves.
